There are 5 cellar doors to visit on your journey and don’t forget to drop in to Chantilly Blue in Kilcoy to pick up a bottle of Springdell Fruit Wine. They have a spectacular range of fruit wines from tropical and subtropical fruit grown locally. |

Ocean View Estates Winery & Restaurant is situated in the rolling hills of the Mt Mee area with a beautiful al-a-cart restaurant overlooking the lake & vines. Stay for a meal, or just a coffee, but don’t miss their hand-made chocolate truffles. A flavour for everyone. Winya Wines, on Sandy Creek Road is surrounded not only by the vines, but their paddock of Angus Beef in beautiful condition are a real feature. Grab some of their select cuts to take home with you. Goes superbly with their Shiraz! (say hi to Snow & Sue) |

Visit 4 Cellar doors in the Somerset Valleys Wine Region, taste 20 wines throughout the day, “Tastes of the Menu” degustation experience at Ocean View Estates, Cheese Platters at Woongooroo Estate, afternoon tea at Nirvana Estate, Angus Beef sales at Winya Wines.

Leave Brisbane & be taken through the beautiful western suburbs of Brisbane, Samford Valley and Dayboro to arrive at Ocean View Estates, your first stop within the delightful Somerset Valleys Wine Region.
10.30 am approx
Ocean View Estates Winery Restaurant & Vineyard Cottages
Here you will start your day with a tour of the vineyards and winery, then seated in the spectacular restaurant overlooking the lake & vineyards to be taken through a guided wine tasting and food matching experience with “Tastes of The Menu”. From here leaving at 11.30 you will be taken to Woongooroo Estate via breathtaking views of the Glasshouse Mountains with a quick stop off at the Mt Mee Lookout to take in the scenery.

Woongooroo Estate Winery
You will arrive at Woongooroo Estate to be treated to cheese platters matched with 5 of their superb wines in their air-conditioned cellar door cafe amongst the vineyards. Leave at 1.30. Grab a wine infused ice-cream on the way out in you still have room!

Winya Wines
Arrive at Winya Wines just 15mins down the road where not only vines are grown, but the beautiful black angus beef roam the paddocks. Another 5 of the best wines to taste and a chance to pick up some fantastic angus beef for dinner.

Nirvana Estate
The day will be completed at Nirvana Estate. Last but not least, enjoy the magical view over the mountains and the meandering Sandy creek as it passes the vineyards while tasting another 5 of their best wines. The afternoon tea is not to be missed to keep you awake on your journey home.
